China Ski Corporation
Kyle Westgard gathered market data, wrote a business plan and raised over $250,000 in resources to start China Ski Corporation.
He negotiated with senior PRC State- and Provincial-level authorities to secure first right of refusal land development rights on over 16,000 acres of prime forest recreational real estate in Heilongjiang Province, China. Kyle assembled a multi-national team of land planners, architects, hospitality industry and real estate development professionals and formed China Ski Corporation -- an environmentally responsible ski and golf resort development project in northeastern China.
Kyle chaired a Board of Directors that included: Jerry Jones, former Vail Associates Executive Vice President and Beaver Creek Resort President; Gage Davis, preeminent resort planner; Ted Farwell, noted ski area designer; and Mark Heymann, Unifocus Chairman and CEO.
